To place an order call 01609 777736 Tue to Fri 10am to 5-30pm and Sat 10am to 5pm where one of our staff will be happy to help.
When phoning to order, please have the following information to hand:
Name/Style no of item
Colour
Size
Quantity
Address in which to send your order to.
We will require payment before we dispatch any items in the post.
Postage and packing is charged at £3.00 per order
We can accept cheques and credit/debit cards.
If paying by cheque please make payable to “Encore” and please write your card details and address on the reverse of the cheque.
If paying by card, this can be done over the phone, please have your card to hand when phoning.
Once we receive payment your goods will be dispatched to you.
Returns
If an item you have ordered is the wrong size or colour we can exchange or refund your money if returned within 14 days of the purchase date on the items receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns and or refunds for tights/hosiery in the interest of hygiene.
All items must be returned in their original state as new and in their original packaging for a refund to be granted.
